Very good service and great products

Im loving the products I received and would highly recommend them to others. I also want to commend the service level they offer. I unfortunately had a delivery issue on my initial order so emailed the spotlight team and had a speedy reply. After understanding my unfortunate delivery issue the team straight away apologies and offered to send me a replacement while investigating. This has since arrived with an extra gift. This service to turn my experience round was amazing.
