How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Ireland: Estimated 5-7 working days - An Post
- UK: Allow 5-10 working days - APC
- EU & Norway: Allow up to 10 working days - DHL

Yes! Standard shipping is 100% on us on all orders over:
- €80 for Ireland, EU
- £40 for UK
- $60 for US
- €100 for Rest of the World

How do I track my order?
You should receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped with a tracking number. Due to COVID19 issues, we are currently experiencing issues around tracking numbers. Please be patient during this time.
My shipment never arrived. What do I do?
Due to increased restrictions on shipping and new work practices around social distancing relating COVID19 please allow additional time for shipping. If you still haven't received your order after this time, get in touch with our team through our customer service here.

From this website, we ship to Ireland, Europe (Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City), and other countries (Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates).
NB: Your country isn’t in the list? We're regularly adding more countries. Contact info@spotlightoralcare.com to request your country. We currently cannot ship our mouthwash outside of Ireland & UK but all other products are available.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
You can return unopened and unused items for a full refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. We cannot, unfortunately, refund any personalised items or items that have been opened.
If you wish to return your order to us please ensure that the items are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
