You should receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

What is your return policy?
You can return unopened and unused items for a full refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. We cannot, unfortunately, refund any personalised items or items that have been opened.

If you wish to return your order to us please ensure that the items are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return exchange?
