How to Use:

Directions for use:

Step One: Align the front of the toothbrush head with the front of the toothbrush unit and secure into place. 

Step Two: Apply a pea sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles and rinse with water.

Step Three: The sonic toothbrush has 3 modes to personalise your brushing experience. Press the mode button to power on the toothbrush and switch between modes. 

Step Four: There is a built-in 2 minute timer. Divide your mouth into four quadrants- the upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right. 

Step Five: Tilt the brush at a 45 degree angle against the gumline and brush throughout the mouth for 2 minutes.

Directions for use:

• Step One  

Charge the unit for 4 hours prior to first use.

Insert the cable into the unit and insert the adapter into a USB power outlet.

Unplug the charging cable from the unit prior to filling with water and during use.

• Step Two

Twist the water tank off the device and place it under the tap.

Fill the tank with tepid water and twist the tank back onto the device.

• Step Three

Choose a tip that is right for you. Click the tip into place.

• Step Four

Power the device by using the Power button.  Press the mode button once to select UV. The UV mode will run for 1 minute and automatically switch off once the sterilisation has been completed.

The built in UV steriliser uses LED ultraviolet technology to eliminate harmful bacteria, up to 99.9% in 1 minute, ensuring optimum cleanliness with every use.

If you would prefer not to use the UV mode, you can skip this step by pressing the mode button twice.

• Step Five

When the sterilisation completes, and the UV light turns off, press the mode button to select your preferred flossing mode. Choose between gentle, clean and pulse for a customised flossing experience. 

• Step Six

Once you have chosen your preferred mode, place the tip in your mouth and To avoid water splatter, keep the tip in your mouth while the unit is on. The device will run for 2 minutes

• Step Seven

Aim the tip at your gum line and work from your back teeth to your front teeth, spraying water along the gumline. Floss both the front and back of each tooth.

• Step Eight

Partially close your mouth to minimise splashing, letting the water flow out of your mouth into the sink.

• Step Nine

Rinse the tip in fresh water after each use and allow to air dry.

Flossing Techniques:

Maximise your flossing experience by using these simple steps.

• We recommend using your water flosser before brushing teeth to dislodge debris and plaque which brushing can then effectively and easily clear away.
• Aim the tip at a 90-degree angle to the tooth
• Start at the back teeth and follow the gum line, pausing briefly between each tooth. Spend at least 3 seconds cleaning in between each tooth and along the gumline, and between 4-5 seconds cleaning between your back molars.
• Hold the tip away from the teeth and gum to allow the water flow to wash away plaque and food debris
• Use the tongue scraper to remove extra particles from the surface of your tongue, helping to alleviate bad breath.
• Use your water flosser at least once a day to maintain oral health, more often if you wear braces or have orthodontic work.

Spotlight Oral Care Water Flosser with UV Steriliser Tips:

Periodontal Pocket Sprinkler:

This tip rinses and massages thoroughly, reaching deep below the gumline to access periodontal pockets and furcations.

Orthodontic Spray Tip:

This tip has a tapered brush, designed to reach underneath wires and around brackets, making it the perfect tool if you wear braces or have orthodontic work. Move the tip along the gumline, pausing briefly to gently brush the area between the teeth and orthodontic bracket to efficiently remove food debris and plaque.

Classic Jet Tip:

This tip can be used daily to deep-clean between teeth and below the gumline where regular flossing and brushing cannot reach.

Tongue Scraper:

The spoon-like shape of this tip removes bacteria effectively from the tongue, helping to prevent bad breath. Place the tongue scraper in the centre of the tongue, about halfway back. Turn the power of and gently pull the tip to the front of the tongue with light pressure. Repeat as required.

Cleaning your Spotlight Oral Care Water Flosser with U.V. Steriliser.

General cleaning:

Hard water deposits may build up in your unit depending on the mineral content of your water. If left unattended, this may hinder performance. Clean internal parts by adding 2 tablespoons on white vinegar to a full tank of clean water. Repeat this process every 1-3 months to ensure optimal performance.

There are no consumer serviceable parts in this appliance and it does not require maintenance. 

Water Flosser Tips:

Rinse tips after each use with fresh water. Allow to air dry. Replace tips every 3 months.

Water Flosser Body:

Wipe the unit with a clean, damp cloth and leave to air dry. Ensure the container is fully drained before storage. Unplug the charging cable before cleaning.

Charging:

• ‘Pulse’ light will flash 3 times once powered on to  indicate low battery
• All 4 lights on the device will turn solid to indicate it is fully changed
• Charge for 4  hours for full charge.

How to remove the rechargeable battery:

1. When removing the battery, the power plug and charging cable must be unplugged.

Spotlight Oral Care’s LED teeth whitening kit delivers fast and effective results using the latest advances in whitening technology in three easy steps. This kit contains a patent pending dual action LED light, Dentist Developed Activated PAP Pro Whitening Strips, and the PAP Pro Teeth Whitening Pen.

Using nanotechnology, our LED light emits dual action red and blue wavelengths. The blue light helps accelerate the action of active ingredients, hydrogen peroxide and PAP which results in an oxidising action that breaks down the stains that have built up on the tooth surface while also lifting the overall shade of the tooth. The light from the red spectrum soothes and rejuvenates the gum and soft tissues surrounding the teeth which reduces sensitivity but also improves the appearance of your gums. 

The PAP Pro Teeth Whitening Pen is designed to be used during the course of the treatment to maintain and enhance the results and can also be used as a touch up to minimise stains that appear during your daily routine.

Directions for Use

Tear open the foil packets to find a top and bottom strip

Using the Dentist Developed Activated PAP Pro Whitening Strips place the shorter strip on the bottom teeth and the longer strip onto the top teeth

Turn on the device by pressing on the button for 1 second 

Place the device in your mouth. The blue light is designed for accelerated whitening and will last for 10 minutes. The light will automatically switch to the soothing red light designed for gum health. This will last for 5 minutes

After 15 minutes, the light will automatically switch off. Remove the device but leave the strips in place for another 15 minutes 

After, remove the strips and brush away any residual gel

Repeat every day for 10 days to reveal a whiter and brighter smile

Twist base of pen and continue to twist until gel appears on the brush tip 

Paint the gel onto the teeth 

Do not eat or drink for 5 minutes

Instructions for use:

1. Apply a pea sized amount of toothpaste onto the toothbrush.
2. Tilt the brush at a 45 degree angle against the gumline.
3. Switch on the toothbrush.
4. Gently move the bristles in small circular motions slowly across the teeth.
5. To make sure you brush thoroughly, divide your mouth into 4 sections - outside top row, inside top row, outside bottom row, inside bottom row. 
6. Our 30 second zone change reminder will prompt you to move to the next section.
7. To maximise your experience apply light pressure and let the toothbrush do the brushing for you. Do not scrub your teeth.
8. Continue this routine throughout your 2 minute brushing cycle.
9. The toothbrush will switch off once your 2 minute brushing timer has been completed.
