RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
You can return unopened and unused items for a full refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. We cannot, unfortunately, refund any personalised items or items that have been opened.
If you wish to return your order to us please ensure that the items are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return exchange?
Please email our customer service team at info@spotlightoralcare.com with your order number, details of the products you would like to return and our team will advise on next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed, within 7-10 days. We may need to contact you further to make the necessary arrangements to process the refund.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within two weeks of the confirmation email:
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items: Items or Products which are marked as being included in a “Sale” or “Sale items” or similarly described, or Items on subscriptions unfortunately cannot be refunded.
