  1. Prep - Wash and dry lips and surrounding skin. Avoid oil or balms.
  2. Apply - Peel off adhesive and apply tape across closed lips and press gently.
  3. Remove - Peel off slowly in the morning.

Can I use this if I wear braces or a retainer overnight?

Yes. You can wear mouth tape if you wear a retainer over night and are able to breath through your nose. If you are unsure of comfort level with braces or concerned, please speak to your dentist.

Who is mouth taping not suitable for?

-Anyone who cannot breathe comfortably through their nose (due to congestion, allergies, deviated septum, nasal polyps, chronic sinus issues).
-Individuals with suspected or diagnosed moderate–severe sleep apnoea.
-Anyone with respiratory illnesses such as asthma flare-ups, COPD, or current infections.
-People with claustrophobia, anxiety, or panic disorders, where taping may trigger distress.
-Children under 16 without professional guidance.
-Individuals with skin sensitivities or allergies to adhesives.
-Anyone who experiences night-time nasal blockage, for example during colds or sinus infections.
