What is the difference between the Sonic Pro and the Sonic Toothbrush?

The Sonic Pro Toothbrush works in the same way as the Sonic, using high-frequency brush movements to ensure a deep and thorough clean. However, the Sonic Pro has an additional setting “Polish” which reaches 50,000 reps per minute. The Sonic Pro also features a Pressure Sensor to protect gums from excessive brushing, a Micro Point Tongue Cleaner to help alleviate bad breath, and a two-minute Visual Quadrant Timer.

What do the 4 cleaning modes do?

Gentle Mode - 30,000 RPM: Vibrates with lower intensity, gently brushing teeth and gums. If you have sensitive teeth or gums or you find the sonic vibrations a little strong at first start off with the gentle mode.
Clean Mode - 40,000 RPM: Works with superior efficiency to clean deep between the teeth and to remove plaque.
White Mode - 45,000 RPM: Works at a higher intensity to remove surface stains caused by coloured food and beverages such as tea and coffee.
Polish Mode - 50,000 RPM: Buffs and shines the surface of the teeth to reveal a whiter and brighter smile.
Does sensitive toothpaste actually work?

Yes, a well-formulated sensitive toothpaste can offer real relief. Ours is formulated for sensitive teeth and works by helping to rebuild tooth enamel and protect sensitive areas from triggers like cold drinks or sensitivity to hot foods. With consistent use, it can also support oral health and deliver a deep clean without irritating teeth and gums.
Is it OK to use sensitive toothpaste every day?

Absolutely. Our sensitive toothpaste is designed to be gentle enough for daily use. In fact, using it twice a day is ideal to help manage tooth sensitivity, prevent tooth decay, and maintain fresh breath. The fresh mint formula offers a clean, soothing experience while targeting discomfort at its source.
How does Enamel Protect Pro Serum work? Does it work instantly?

This enamel pen uses potassium citrate and hydroxyapatite to help reduce sensitivity and strengthen teeth:
- Hydroxyapatite is a mineral that makes up natural enamel. When applied, it helps rebuild and reinforce the enamel surface, filling in microscopic weak spots and creating a smoother, stronger protective layer.
- Potassium citrate works by calming the nerve inside the tooth. It helps reduce the transmission of pain signals, which can lessen sensitivity to cold, heat, or brushing.
It can provide a level of short-term relief, but best results are after consistent use, often over several days to a couple of weeks to minimise and help prevent sensitivity
Do you paint Enamel Protect Pro Serum work on all teeth or just the sensitive ones?

You can do either:
- Apply it only to sensitive areas if your sensitivity is localised
- Or apply it to all teeth to support overall enamel strength and protection
