What age are your kids' products suitable for?

Our kids products are suitable for ages 2 years +

How do I charge my kids electric toothbrush?

To charge your brush, open the protective silicone cover at the base of the brush. Insert your USB cable into the USB port and connect the cable to your plug. Charge your toothbrush for 4 hours prior to first use and for up to 2-3 hours post your first use. When the brush is charging, the charging light will appear red, and when fully charged, the charging light will change to green indicating that your brush is now fully charged and ready for use! Ensure the silicone cover is placed firmly back in place before use.

How often should I replace the head on my kids toothbrush?

We recommend changing the kids toothbrush heads every 3 months.

Are the kids’ electric toothbrush heads recyclable?

Yes, our toothbrush heads can be recycled.

How often should I clean my kids’ electric toothbrush?

We recommend to rinse the brush head and bristles after each use, and to wipe the entire surface of the toothbrush handle with a damp cloth when needed.

Can my kids use the electric toothbrush with a loose tooth?

Yes, but ensure they are brushing gently when brushing around the loose tooth!
