No Laws When You’re Using Straws
Alright people, time to grab your paper and reusable straws, because coffee, wine and soda need to dodge those pearly whites. We don’t need to eliminate these beverages, but we can decrease the amount of contact they have on your teeth. Using straws will decrease the staining from your favorite cabernet sauvignon or your vanilla chai latte!
Stay Hydrated
Drinking water has a multitude of benefits such as clearing your skin, flushing toxins out of your body, reducing headaches, and I can go on forever! Another benefit is that drinking water removes plaque build up, therefore decreasing cavities and gum disease. Removing plaque will also decrease staining, keeping that smile white and bright! Try drinking a cup of water after each meal and after consuming a staining beverage (coffee, soda, wine, etc)
Two Times Per Day (at least) for Two Minutes!
This might sound like a no-brainer, but it is super important to brush your teeth at least twice a day! To really improve your teeth whitening journey, try to brush your teeth after each meal to decrease staining and plaque build-up.
