Alright people, time to grab your paper and reusable straws, because coffee, wine and soda need to dodge those pearly whites. We don’t need to eliminate these beverages, but we can decrease the amount of contact they have on your teeth. Using straws will decrease the staining from your favorite cabernet sauvignon or your vanilla chai latte!
Drinking water has a multitude of benefits such as clearing your skin, flushing toxins out of your body, reducing headaches, and I can go on forever!
